Our Team

Dr. Kalia Bergmann was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI where she attended Wisconsin Lutheran College. While there she was a track and field athlete and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2017. She went on to attend Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic degree with a sports and rehabilitation emphasis. During her time at NWHSU she served as president of the functional neurology club as well as Gonstead club helping students understand the complexity of the brain and body and how to use both systems to treat the patient as a whole. While in school she was an emergency medical technician as well as an assistant coach of an all-women professional tackle football team.

Dr. Kalia fell in love with Functional Neurology after it changed her life in chiropractic school. She had several severe concussions and was diagnosed with a handful of metabolic and neurologic conditions. The functional neurologists listened to her concerns and helped her better understand what was happening which helped her begin her healing journey. Experiencing this allows her to empathize with her patients and have a deeper understanding of what they could be going through. She loves to help patients become the best they can be in every aspect of life. In her free time Dr. Kalia loves to spend time outside, watching movies but most of all snuggling with her beloved dog, Jedi.

Meet Rachel, our phenomenal Billing Manager. Rachel has worked for Dr. Ralston for over 9 years in various roles. She has been back in the office for 4.5 years and now handles all health insurance billing. Rachel is married and lives in the beautiful state of Florida. She and her husband have 7 children and 6 grandchildren! In her free time, she loves spending as much time as she can at the beach and with her kids and grandkids.

Meet Lizzy, our Front Office Manager! She is currently completing her Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and plans to continue on to earn her Master's in Dietetics. Outside of the office, Lizzy enjoys golfing with her husband and friends, watching The Office, and going to the gym.

Meet Hannah, one of our terrific Rehab Technicians. Hannah has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Purdue University. Outside of the office, Hannah enjoys dancing, walking the Monon trail, and reading.

Meet Casey, one of our fantastic Rehab Technicians. Casey is from the Philippines and she went to Velez College where she obtained her Bachelor or Physical Therapy. Casey is currently working towards a Doctorate of Physical Therapy through the University of Montana. Outside of the office, Casey enjoys traveling, hanging out with her sisters and friends, exploring new cuisines, and finding the best matcha in town.

Meet Harrison, one of our terrific Rehab Technicians. Harrison was a student-athlete at Wittenburg University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Harrison has interest in fitness, performance, and coaching others to reach their goals.
