About

A concussion in high school led to Dr. Ralston’s insatiable curiosity about the brain and his desire to explore the conditions that interfere with everyday neurological functions.

Because Dr. Ralston understands the unique challenges and frustrations associated with recovering from a head injury, he has devoted his practice to helping patients with an array of neurological conditions find relief and improve their quality of life.

As a functional neurologist, Dr. Ralston specializes in diagnosing complex neurological conditions and using non-invasive therapies proven to stimulate and retrain networks of the brain that have been compromised. Dr. Ralston develops a tailored brain rehabilitation program to treat the unique symptoms of each patient he sees.

In addition to his board certification in chiropractic neurology, Dr. Ralston has also completed studies in functional neuro-orthopedic rehabilitation enabling him to treat chronic and complex pain, sports injuries, and post-surgical complications using the most contemporary and advanced approaches.

Additionally, his certification in the treatment of childhood neurobehavioral disorders has provided him with the expertise to treat children with ADD, ADHD, and autism.

Dr. Ralston is also a Fellow of the American Board of Brain Injury and Rehabilitation, and he has completed additional coursework in vestibular rehabilitation.

Dr. Ralston was raised in Indiana and earned degrees from Ball State University and Indiana University Purdue University in Indianapolis before earning his doctor of chiropractic degree from Logan University College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO., in 1999.
