How It Works

1.

Comprehensive Neurologic Exam

To understand your brain health, we look at several biomarkers – measurable bodily characteristics (such as eye movements and balance) that help us connect the dots between the current status of your brain, body, and life experience.

Our assessment of brain health includes a comprehensive family and personal history evaluation, which may include a review of prior diagnostic tests and lab work. It also includes a comprehensive neurological examination, to assess the function of your nerves, brain, and muscles. Included in this exam is a non-invasive test called video nystagmography (VNG) to detect vestibular and oculomotor abnormalities.

2.

Evidence Based Diagnostic Session

We use a variety of advanced diagnostic tests to pinpoint what’s causing our patients’ symptoms, so we can develop a comprehensive and effective treatment plan.

Your session will likely include the following:

  • Cognitive test using EQ, a mobile brain assessment application
  • RightEye movement tracking assessment
  • Dynamic posture analysis to assess balance and proprioception (the sense of body position)
  • Interactive metronome testing to evaluate mental and physical timing abilities

The use of this advanced diagnostic equipment to track eye movements and balance identifies under-functioning brain areas causing symptoms.

3.

Tailored Treatment Plan

Once we have used our advanced diagnostics and explored your unique symptoms along with your nutritional and medical history, we can craft a personalized treatment program designed to reduce symptoms and restore optimal cognitive function. This tailored plan focuses on improving functional biomarkers—objective indicators of how well your body and brain systems are working—to guide progress and enhance recovery. Our goal is not only to alleviate symptoms but also to restore your ability to engage fully in daily activities, supporting a more stable, functional, and fulfilling life.

OUR APPROACH

What is Neurorehabilitation?

If you experience symptoms such as blurred vision, dizziness, difficulty with eye focus in busy environments, balance issues, or a general feeling of being unwell—especially after scrolling on your phone or reading a computer screen—neuro-rehabilitation may provide the relief you need. These symptoms are often signs of disrupted brain-eye communication, which can occur after concussion or with conditions like POTS. At NeuroHealth, we use advanced tools like RightEye, which tracks involuntary eye movements to identify visual and neurological impairments. This data helps us create personalized treatment plans aimed at improving functional vision, balance, perception, and reaction time—supporting overall brain health and helping you feel more stable and clear-headed in everyday situations.

OUR APPROACH

How Neuroreset works

At NeuroHealth, we understand the pain and frustration of ongoing health challenges. Our Neuro-Reset approach is built around a comprehensive model that addresses six key systems: autonomic, metabolic, visual, vestibular, proprioception, and brain-body communication. These systems work together to influence how you feel and function each day.

We are committed to your well-being and will take the time to explain your treatment plan clearly—so you understand how each component targets specific areas of dysfunction. If you’re not progressing as expected, we’ll adjust your care plan or explore new therapies to better support your recovery. Your journey is personal, and we are here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Developing a Treatment Plan

We understand the pain and frustration of ongoing health problems, and we are committed to helping you feel better. Your treatment plan identifies problematic brain networks and tailors a recovery plan targeting those areas. We’ll explain your treatment plan, so you know what to expect – and if you’re not improving with treatment, we may suggest a new approach or therapy.  We believe that the provider-patient relationship is a partnership, and we’ll work with you to get the best results.
